Yes. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Your account and data remain accessible until the trial expires.

No — SOLO is free forever with no card required. A card is only needed if you start a Pro trial.

Pro unlocks AD tracking, Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) monitoring, EASA Part-ML and UK CAA CAP 1922 legal maintenance logbook with cryptographic signing, weight and balance calculator, maintenance forecasting, unlimited aircraft (billed per additional aircraft), more than two members per aircraft, unlimited document vault, logbook import from ForeFlight and SkyDemon, weekly digest emails, and peer benchmark comparisons. SOLO covers one aircraft, two members, flight logging, squawk board, maintenance schedule, expenses, bookings, and 10 MB of document storage — everything you need to get started.

Pro includes two aircraft. Each additional aircraft is billed as an add-on at the same annual or monthly cadence as your base plan. There is no per-seat pricing — members are unlimited on Pro. If you manage a flying club or partnership with multiple aircraft, add-on aircraft are the most cost-effective way to scale.

Yes. You can export all your data — flights, maintenance records, expenses, and documents — at any time from the settings page. If you downgrade from Pro to SOLO, your data is preserved but access to Pro-only features (AD tracking, ARC monitoring, etc.) is suspended until you re-subscribe. We do not delete data on cancellation.
